Responsibility

  • IT Helpdesk Engineer - Waterloo, London
  • proactively manage and triage tickets raised through our Helpdesk platform
  • troubleshoot computer systems and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed
  • we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting a wide range of technologies, as well as strong customer service skills
  • provide support to end users across multiple London-based sites
