Responsibility

  • reliable, hardworking and conscientious caretaker required for mornings in a school in the Church Road area in Ramsden Heath
  • carrying security procedures for school building and grounds, including the opening of the premises and key holding duties
  • general maintenance duties around the school and its grounds including repair work
  • liaising with outside contractors effectively
  • the overall aim of the School Caretaker role is to ensure that the internal and external school facilities are available, fully functional and Health & Safety compliant
  • regular monitoring in relation to the daily health and safety checks around the school premises
  • being proactive in your approach
  • move furniture and equipment as required
