Responsibility
- organising/facilitating risk workshops and interviews
- organising Risk Champions meetings, including agenda preparation, and maintaining minutes and action logs
- acting as the primary point of contact for questions from KKI staff on the transparency reporting process and use of MediSpend

- ensuring system issues are addressed and resolved
- managing the KKI Risk community and ensure ongoing engagement
- regional oversight of readiness to meet reporting deadlines and management of issues that may threaten this
- consolidating Function / Affiliate risk register outputs for EC reporting, including escalation of new / changed risks above agreed thresholds
- checking adherence to the TPO process through reviews of the CLM and new vendor lists
- supporting the smart use of transparency data for compliance monitoring purposes
- acting as primary contact for the supplier MediSpend and assisting with managing the relationship with them, with support and guidance from the ESG and Reporting Director

- management of the Transparency TSA being provided to the Joint Venture Collaboration and day-to-day management of the work of third-party contractors supporting this, under the direction and guidance of the ESG and Reporting Director, where required
- ensuring that source system and indirect spend data is uploaded into MediSpend regularly throughout the year and that issues are resolved. This will involve review of any excluded records
- in partnership with ERM Head/external support, finalising risk outputs and strategic risk profile / heat map, including submission to KKC GRC team
- provide instructions and support to Business Owners, including explaining the TPO process and how to use the platform if required, and maintaining the TPO Teams Channel and related materials
- review and approve third parties on the TPO platform, based on consultation with the Risk SMEs and guidance from the ESG and Reporting Director, where required
- provide the Third Party Code of Conduct e-learning training to third parties engaged by HQ, including the set up of user accounts and providing login details
Requirements
- higher education
- additional specialization in Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
- previous experience in a Compliance, Risk Management or adjacent role, in the pharmaceutical industry
