- quality Manager – EMEIA
- ensuring KJLC’s compliance with its internal Quality Standards
- utilising advanced quality tools to reduce variation and waste
- coordinate the EMEIA internal audit program. This includes planning and performing the audits, preparing audit reports, and audit follow-up tasks
- ensure compliance with document control processes, data integrity, and record retention throughout the region
- drive the continual improvement programme for EMEIA and organise the tracking of CI projects, facilitate kaizen and rapid problem-solving events
- work with Supply Chain and Product Management to effectively qualify, rate, manage, and improve supplier performance
- driving our in-house CAPA and work with individuals at all levels of the organisation to help determine the root cause of issues and effectively implement solutions
