- manage the kitchen in a professional, cost-effective and driven manner and always maintain consistency

- ensuring the kitchen hits all its revenue and cost targets, whilst providing fantastic quality and service to our customers
- creating weekly staff rotas
- checking health and safety regulation and making sure all the books are up to date
