- kumpi, Next Level Baked Potatoes, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team

- creating weekly staff rotas
- checking health and safety regulation and making sure all the books are up to date
- recruitment of new colleagues to join your team
- training the new staff, stock ordering and reconciliation
- you will ensure our customers receive the best quality food in the quickest times possible, whilst maintaining financial targets and adhering to all Health & Safety and Food Safety Laws
- accurately inputting data into the company's stock control system
- job Purpose: To effectively manage the restaurant and employees which will contribute to the starting achievements of the company
- assist with ongoing local marketing campaigns
- deputise all responsibilities accordingly in the absence of the Manager, "you", reporting to your office management team
- making sure the kitchen is a safe and healthy place to prepare food and a great place to work for our colleagues
- reporting to the restaurant owners
- troubleshoot problems and where necessary keeping your Managing Director informed
- ensure dishes are cooked, prepared and served to the highest standards possible on a consistent basis and adhered to company guidelines
Requirements
- restaurant Manager: Min 3 years
- supervising experience: 3 years
- restaurant management: 3 years
