Responsibility

  • carry out other duties as required and commensurate with a small team
  • positively support, motivate and encourage staff, help identify their training needs and ensure that they fully participate in the Company's training program
  • participate in the recruitment, selection and development of team members and of care staff working in the region
  • ensure the delivery of the agreed training plan for all Care staff and Co-ordinators across Kumari Care Ltd
  • ensure compliance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy
