Requirements
degree in Marketing, Communications or another recognised marketing qualification
previous management experience

ability to communicate clear and concise information at all levels

oversee company product warranty/Technical Improvement Program policies and resolve other reimbursement issues
Requirements
degree in either agriculture, engineering, business or a related discipline
experience with CRM as well as manufacturer service and parts systems
understanding of farming / agronomy practices and the operational / business needs of agricultural customers
good understanding of customer service, situation management, effective negotiation, and dispute resolution
ability to communicate clear and concise information at all levels
strong time management skills
analytical and logical problem solving skills
you should have a clean driving licence and be prepared to undertake travel within the UK and overseas
