Responsibility
- deliver an excellent customer experience
- take responsibility for the end to end kitchen sales process
- provide accurate quotations based on customer requests and kitchen designs
- demonstrate a sound knowledge of kitchen design, appliances and installation
- deal with all customer and client queries professionally
- complete all administrative tasks related to projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years working in kitchen design
- A minimum of 1 year working in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within an Ecommerce environment
- ability to deal with demanding customers
- in depth knowledge and understanding of kitchen cabinets and appliances
- brand awareness and premium product understanding
- strong communication skills
- excellent telephone manner
- experience in use of a CRM would be an advantage
