Responsibility

  • KSG Construction Ltd is looking for a Cost Estimator to join our team in Kent
  • the candidate must be able to work independently and possess a strong attention to detail
  • the ideal candidate will have experience in estimating construction costs and be familiar with the general construction industry ideally groundworks and civil engineering
  • preparing and submitting bid packages for review by the project team
  • performing other duties as assigned

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in estimating construction costs is a must
  • hands on experience producing groundworks tenders preferred
  • experience with Project Managerial Software is preferred
  • bachelors degree in Construction Management/Build Science/Civil Engineering advantageous to successful application
  • surveying: 3 years
