Responsibility
- we are working with a well renowned manufacturer to recruit a Weekend days Factory Manager. This company is Europe's largest in its field and is looking for an experienced production manager to cover the weekend duties
- report to the Factory Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing outputs, promoting and ensuring health and safety standards and compliance, internal and customer colour passing, liaising with crews and engineering to achieve the schedule, resolving production problems and managing personnel challenges as they arise
- this position also covers the Factory Manager holidays and offers the opportunity to step-up to the most senior of management positions
Requirements
- operational or Production Management or supervisory experience
- continuous improvement training and experience
- IOSH trained and certificated
- industry experience
- production Management: 3 years
