Responsibility

  • import/enter time and attendance information supplied from HR/Managers
  • calculate/process pay according to hours worked incorporating starters, leavers, and overtime
  • A good understanding of statutory payments, Maternity/Paternity/SSP/National Minimum Wage
  • process bonuses and commissions when appropriate
  • assist with the administration of the Auto Enrolment & Company Pension Schemes
  • assist with the administration of Salary Sacrifice Schemes for Pensions/Childcare/Bike to Work/Holiday Purchase
  • apply Child Maintenance & AOE’s, to employee’s pay, and make timely payments to the relevant third party
  • update P6 details and any other HMRC notifications
