Responsibility
- running of site based workshops to ensure process development aligns with global template and minimises disruption to business teams
- ensure compliance with global data standards, processes and specifications and adherence to market legislation
- works collaboratively across internal and external functions covering IT, engineering, distribution, GES and 3rd party supply
- create central documentation to support the deployment of solutions across sites, distribution centers, marketing companies and LSP’s
- supports system and process troubleshooting across internal and external userbase
- leads training activities for end users whilst actively embedding the global business process for traceability
- technical management, design and implementation of solutions to support the global traceability strategy. Role to include gathering of functional requirements, design, testing, integration and qualification of systems
- create and manage global traceability documents, specifications and Standards in <Client> systems
Requirements
- >5 years’ experience supporting Automation & IT technology, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry
- working knowledge of GS1 standards
- good understanding of serialisation legislation and associated business processes
- experience of working with ATTP, ERP, MDM applications
- experience and knowledge of distribution processes preferably associated to material track and trace
- experience of working with serialisation at the packing level
- experience of setting up, running and documenting process workshops
- networking experience including interfacing between IT systems both manufacturing and corporate
