Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • ensuring all tooling/programmes are available for start of production
  • programming of the full range of products including carbon and composite products
  • tool grinding as required
  • check to make sure finished products meet quality standards
  • ensure tools are maintained and are in calibration
  • completion of all documentation & SOP's
  • controls looking at are Heidenhain & Fanuc

Requirements

  • desirably you will have completed a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or if not be time served
  • previous Machining experience - set tooling, cutting etc
  • ability to read engineering drawings and have a can do attitude
  • A full understanding of Health & Safety and be able to work safely
  • machinist: 3 years
