to report and record any concerns about service users' welfare to the manager without delay
to support service users to attend appointments, meetings or activities identified in care plans including any identified cultural/spiritual requirements
to report and record all accidents and incidents involving service users as per procedures
to organise and attend staff meetings, supervision and appraisal sessions when required
to attend any agreed training courses internal/external
to administer and record prescribed medication according to the home's policies and procedures and to audit incoming and outgoing medications
to deal with any housekeeping tasks as delegated and report any health and safety issues immediately to a senior member of staff on duty
