Responsibility
- spending time at your clubs regularly, supporting & developing your teams
- support and contribute in the preparation of the Ofsted inspection process
- assist in delivering recruitment activities, including College & Community Recruitment, attending job and college fairs etc
- interview Part-Time and Casual staff and hold group interviews
- due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has developed for the right individual to join our Head Office Team as a Regional Manager
- operationally manage all aspects of a number of after school clubs, breakfast clubs and holiday clubs within an allocated geographical region, ensuring high quality, professional and fun childcare is delivered at all times, working to and exceeding agreed KPI’s
- organising and attending New Parent Evenings, School Fetes and Taster Sessions
- KOOSA Kids are the leading provider of fun & affordable before, after school and holiday childcare, with an unrivalled number of clubs rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted
Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years management experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting
- A minimum of level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Childcare or Playwork
- full driving license with access to your own vehicle essential
- be inspirational, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
- have a fun and energetic nature
- be reliable and passionate over everything else
- be able to relate and engage with children aged between 4 - 13 years
- be a people person with fantastic communication skills
