  • ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific site standards
  • ensure that stock is rotated and controlled
  • ensure full understanding/compliance of the daily food administration paperwork
  • maintain a detailed knowledge of both menus and be able to explain dish descriptions
  • KOO Chesterfield, located in Brampton requires a Cook/Chef to produce our bistro style menu. Minimum 15 hours per week including occasional evenings & 1 weekend shift
  • ensure compliance with legal requirements under the H&S act 1974 and Food Hygiene
  • we serve a light hearted breakfast & lunch menu. Some cooking skills or food prep/general catering skills would be desired, to tally alongside our onsite training
