Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well driven person to work within our stores area
- working hours are Monday-Friday 8-4.30 and weekends when required. sometimes working past 4.30 could be required to complete loading tasks
- a forklift license would be an advantage but not required
- here at Kontoor South Wales Ltd we are a cabinet manufacturing facility which caters to a number of sectors but are more focused on the leisure industry
- the role will include building BOMs checking incoming and outgoing goods and verifying they are to spec using drawings, packing pallets for shipping, loading and unloading of lorry, general organization of the stores and warehouse area and general house keeping of the stores area
- this role can be physical but also good numeracy skills will be needed. the ideal candidate must show enthusiasm to learn, have good time keeping, have good house keeping and be willing to work unsupervised and off their own initiative
- on occasion this role may also require the candidate to make up battery UPS which will require a confidence in your ability and an eye for detail. full training will be provided
- rate of pay will be £10.42 per hour to start but could rise slightly depending on how the candidate adapts to the role
