Responsibility
- to develop and promote stakeholder and client engagement whilst supporting the Communication Plans and Strategy
- to work closely with the wider team including our Associate network to build relationships
- to support and drive engagement with key stakeholders, business change managers and project managers
- to drive our KRS brand as part of our marketing strategy and business plans
- to lead on and deliver effective engagement across the project management teams to ensure clear communication to support changing timelines and deliverables and all associated activities
Requirements
- committed to providing a first class service to supporting clients, stakeholders, colleagues in all aspect of Communication and Engagement
- have experience of working on complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels of the business
- to be an excellent leader, with diplomacy and influencing skills communicator and drive the client experience
- well organised, dynamic and pro-active with a positive energy and a ‘can do’ attitude to go above and beyond
- to have an understanding and experience of effective marketing strategies and areas of development to enhance our brand and future opportunities
