- cut, colour and style hair according to customer's instructions
- stay well-versed in the latest industry advancements and share knowledge with colleagues to collectively elevate the salon's reputation
- be a champion for colouring and blow drying
- build strong client relationships through exceptional service, personalized recommendations, and attention to detail
Requirements
- passionate about hair and eager to learn and progress quickly
- proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your colour expertise and hairdressing skills
- at least 4 years experience in cutting, blow drying and colouring
- knowledge of colour theory, trends, and various colouring techniques
- extensive knowledge of colour theory, trends, and various colouring techniques
- qualified to at least level 2 NVQ
- excellent communication skills to consult effectively with clients and colleagues
- have charisma and presence and a great sense of humour
