Responsibility

• own all aspects of diary management. Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments across time-zones, anticipate clashes and respect personal commitments, often with last minute alterations
• respond appropriately to requests for information etc, particularly from Kohler Co. and from all levels of management, associates and external customers
• prepare documentation and background research for the Directors, ensuring pre-reading materials and actions are available where required

• book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, accommodation, dining and entertainment, ensuring expenses are in line with company policy
• act as gatekeeper in relation to external meeting requests and internal requirements
• meet and greet VIPs , provide refreshments as appropriate
• review and approve time-off for direct reports of executive leader. Maintain Executive team holiday chart
