Responsibility
- work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- develop detailed project plans and timelines, and ensure teams are aligned and equipped to execute on them
- monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- manage resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- track and report on project status, progress, and key performance indicators
- continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes and methodologies
- provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Requirements
- proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced software development or fintech environment
- strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- knowledge of project management tools and software. We use Jira and Notion
