Responsibility

  • preparation / submission of quotations in line with customer requirements and meeting deadlines
  • produce cost estimations to Company procedure including liaison with Supply Chain
  • maintaining the CRM system to ensure the opportunity pipeline is regularly updated and accurate
  • promote Company product range and services
  • processing and management of sales orders through our SAGE200 system
  • handle customer complaints in a timely / professional manner in line with company procedures
  • close and regular liaison with Production Dept to monitor progress of orders
  • responding to expediting requests and keeping the customer informed of order status in a timely manner
