  • receiving and recording various fines, police letter and notices
  • credit control
  • dealing with fines by way of payment, transfer of liability, appeal, or redirection
  • approve invoices for payment
  • reporting on fine status or outcome for clients as requested
  • day-to-day monitoring of department inbox and directing queries where required
  • dealing with escalations, Orders for Recovery/Statutory Declarations
