Responsibility

  • knightsbridge Solicitors is seeking ambitious and highly motivated Personal Injury Paralegals to join its supportive and experienced team in Birmingham
  • assist or manage all aspects of personal injury litigations
  • draft pleadings, correspondence, and discovery
  • communicate with clients and 3rd party insurers
  • prepare and organise case files
  • attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed
  • keep clients informed of case progress
  • perform legal research

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • knowledge of legal research and drafting
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
