Responsibility
- knightsbridge Solicitors is seeking ambitious and highly motivated Personal Injury Paralegals to join its supportive and experienced team in Birmingham
- assist or manage all aspects of personal injury litigations
- draft pleadings, correspondence, and discovery
- communicate with clients and 3rd party insurers
- prepare and organise case files
- attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed
- keep clients informed of case progress
- perform legal research
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and writing skills
- knowledge of legal research and drafting
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
