senior lettings negotiator
Responsibility
- prepare and review annual service charge budgets and maintain budgetary control
- collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely preparation and distribution of service charge accounts
- oversee the maintenance of buildings and communal areas, liaising with contractors as necessary
- address enquiries from Freeholders, Leaseholders, and Management Companies professionally
- organise and attend Directors’ Meetings and Annual General Meetings where needed
- manage major works projects, including serving Section 20 Notices
- ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations
- conduct regular site visits and maintain accurate property records
Requirements
- minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- qualification desirable, but not essential
- driving not necessary
- must be a proactive and driven individual
- candidates must willing to complete background checks
- experience: Previous experience in property or block management is highly desirable
- skills: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to respond professionally to client and resident enquiries
