- replenishing stock, liaising with suppliers and our sourcing team to maintain orders in line with demand
- managing of stock, overseeing stock rotations, deliveries, and organising of storage and displays
- working with our sourcing team and designer to collate stock forecasts
- maintaining beautiful and organised shop displays
- ensure wastage is kept to a minimum, closely monitoring short-dated stock, and liaising with the kitchen to utilise fresh stock that doesn't sell
- maximise and grow sales in the farm shop through effective and inspiration leadership of your team, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service
