Responsibility

  • managing a small team of shop assistants
  • replenishing stock, liaising with suppliers and our sourcing team to maintain orders in line with demand
  • managing of stock, overseeing stock rotations, deliveries, and organising of storage and displays
  • working with our sourcing team and designer to collate stock forecasts
  • maintaining beautiful and organised shop displays
  • ensure wastage is kept to a minimum, closely monitoring short-dated stock, and liaising with the kitchen to utilise fresh stock that doesn't sell
  • maximise and grow sales in the farm shop through effective and inspiration leadership of your team, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service
