Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • complete planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximize equipment reliability and performance
  • carry out fault finding, problem solving and establish root cause fixes to address equipment issues
  • maintain ongoing communications with the operations team ensuring they are fully aware of all relevant engineering activities and schedules
  • worked with circuits from 415vAC to 24vDC power & control
  • experience with Instrumentation
  • ability to read/create/modify Electrical/Mechanical Drawings
  • PLC appreciation – basic fault finding /mods/Processor replacement
  • respond to internal customer needs to maximize production up time according to given priorities

Requirements

  • minimum of 4yrs working in a Process Environment
  • FLT License
  • HNC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • mechatronics
  • IPAF Certificate
  • 17th/18th IEE regulations
  • PLC Qualification
  • knowledge of hydraulics
