  • proactively reaching out to existing client accounts to understand their tech needs, developing relationships and seeking out opportunities for sustainable tech
  • as well as hardware, Klyk offers a fully managed IT solution including IT Helpdesk, mobile device management and cyber security
  • the business launched in 2020 and aims to become the leading sustainable technology provider for start-ups and scale-ups in the UK
  • accurately forecasting existing customer new business pipeline to CEO / Leadership team monthly & for quarter ahead
  • about you
  • compensation: Basic £35-40k OTE £60-70k+
  • being the first point of contact for customer support for managed accounts and then coordinating to IT / hardware support teams
