Responsibility

  • we are based in Perivale, London, we are currently looking for a self-motivated and committed Quantity Surveyor to join our team
  • prepare and analyse cost estimates for construction projects
  • complete take offs and prepare bills of quantities
  • assist in preparations of tender documents and contract administration
  • sourcing and review tender prices from suppliers and subcontractors, make recommendations on sub-contractor selection
  • klimstar Ltd is a construction company working on residential projects from basements, refurbishments to new builds across London and the home counties
  • collaborate with project team to ensure accurate cost forecasting
  • ensure issue of relevant timeous contract paperwork in support of contractual issues as they arise

Requirements

  • \* Previous experience in similar role would be a plus
  • \* Proficiency in MS Office
  • \* Effective communications skills
  • \* Excellent attention to detail
  • \* Analytical skills
  • \* Knowledge and understanding of building and construction industry
  • \* Self motivator
