- ▪ Creating Database/Bank for all registered locum personnel, including retention of all required personnel information for records (ID, Qualifications, Previous
- experience, CVs, References etc)
- ▪ Build and grow the portfolio to understand their current and future recruitment needs
- ▪ Work as an integral member of a team, motivating and communicating effectively
- ▪ Effective ongoing marketing of the services, monthly reporting to Board
- ▪ Development of the organisation website and marketing functions of healthcare services
- ▪ Project management, delivery, reporting and evaluation studies
