Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business or a related field with significant experience in operations
- prior business operations/project management experience
- positive thinking, team player, responsible, professional, willing to learn, multi-tasking, service oriented and able to work under pressure
- the ability to structure, plan and prioritize work in order to deliver against multiple deadlines
- the capacity to collaborate with people across a wide variety of skills and seniority to deliver results
- excellent administrative IT skills
- experience of working with data management skills and strong record-keeping skills
- enthusiasm and motivation to be a key member of a front-line customer-facing team
Responsibility
- provides clear direction and motivation to the Operations Team
- to oversee the Operations Team and assess that the department is meeting goals
- to prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
- to communicate information to the departments filtered for management
- this role will be working closely with the senior management team, to assist with all aspects of the operations at our company including expansion overseas
- to deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
- to provide clear direction and motivation to the Operations Team, to set and achieve objectives and KPI’s, in conjunction with support and direction from and to the Director of Operations ensuring the customer receives the best experience possible
- emergency phone duty; keep hold of the emergency phone and deal with each emergency call as requires
