Responsibility
- to attend and respond to “Reactive Repairs” within set SLAs and KPIs
- logging “Job Details” using Handheld Device Applications
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of work undertaken
- make personal judgements to achieve Quality, Cost and Time Objectives
- independently performing Fault Analysis & repair of varying faults and issues on site
- providing clear details of further works required
- ability to communicate with colleagues, providing Technical Support, where required
- ability to communicate well with Clients
Requirements
- minimum 5 Years working experience in Construction roles and trades
- CSCS Card is desirable but not essential
- high degree of “Quality Awareness”
- structured approach to Problem Solving
- experience in Reactive & Small Project Maintenance is desirable
- working in a Team, being cooperative and interested in further development
- ability to work at heights
- ability to report clear and concise information
