Responsibility
- kivue have an exciting opportunity for a Software Tester Apprentice to work for a growing innovative technology company
- you will also be involved with consulting with clients so as to refine and test solutions to meet their business requirements
- review and validate user/business/system stories and requirements
- translate the requirements to a series of tests designed to identify defects and malfunctions
- develop test environments and scenario driven test cases
- executing all levels of testing, such as system, integration and regression
- regularly run tests during the various implementation stages
- analyse test results and detect potential issues
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- excellent project and time management skills
- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- very good interpersonal and team player skills
- attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- out-of-the-box thinking and eagerness to learn
- familiarity with various software testing techniques
- analytical, logical and problem-solving mindset
