Responsibility
- working as a team to ensure the care workers daily work schedules are managed using the organisational online rota system
- to ensure that all visits are covered and staff rotas are matched with service users requirements and staff availability
- to liaise and maintain positive working relationships with service users and care staff
- to liaise with other professionals to foster good relationships and to ensure the smooth running of our packages of care
- work with the team to ensure all care plans are up to date
- cover care visits during On Call, emergencies or for sickness/holiday cover on any of our packages of care
- to complete general administrative duties on a day to day basis
- to ensure that telephone enquiries are dealt with promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner making sure that all appropriate actions are taken
