kitchen sales designer
Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- as a Kitchen Designer, you will play a key role in maximising kitchen sales and providing first class customer service
- you'll be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication skills, drive and energy
- the ideal candidate will be organised, customer-centric and driven to hit showroom targets
- you'll need to be able to use CAD software to create 3D plans and provide detailed quotations using EQ software, build strong relationships with customers and take pride in your work
- following on from incoming enquiries, you will confidently conduct client surveys, spend time understanding customer needs and lifestyle and create a kitchen unique to them
- you will be responsible for presenting plans back to the customer, preparing quotations, following up any leads and once sold assisting with the ordering process
- we can offer flexible hours during the week to suit personal circumstances for the right candidate, though you will be required to work some Saturday mornings
Requirements
- previous kitchen retail experience
- strong customer service ethics
- exceptional people and organisational skills
- great IT skills
- kitchen product / industry knowledge beneficial
- artiCAD and EQ software knowledge beneficial
- driving license is essential
- remodelling & Fixture Sales Assistants: 1 year
