- creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment - ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions
- experience of operational / business process management, analysis, and change
- excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to influence at senior management level

- evaluating existing processes and recommend adjustments to remove bottlenecks in production
