Responsibility
- have a knowledge about white and red wines
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- cocktail savvy - always providing new and exciting recipes for our customer's to try
- take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns
- welcoming and friendly - creating an environment where customers have an enjoyable evening, hosted by a great team
- maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- self motivated - ensuring our customers are served promptly and in a friendly manner
Requirements
- previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required
- strong math skills, including the ability to handle cash transactions and perform retail math calculations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
