- foodology is a relatively new and getting busier by the day, independent coffee bar and café situated on Llantrisant Business Park
- this is a great opportunity for either an experienced chef or an up-and-comer
- depending on experience salary can be discussed on application
- what we are looking for someone who is
- \* Comfortable under pressure
- our current Brunch menu runs from Tuesday to Sunday, however we intend to expand the service to a 7 day week and so will require the successful applicants to work together and split the week into 4 days and 3 days then alternate shifts which would average a 140 hours a month
- we like to make everything from scratch in our kitchen, using seasonal and local produce wherever possible and like to keep a regular menu with occasional specials
