- sales matter in this role, but your real focus will be the customer
- you'll ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right design and products to deliver their dream kitchen
- you'll have brilliant communication skills and motivated by targets
- creating customer files both hard copy and shared folder
- managing profit and loss details on all jobs
- problem solving and trouble shooting orders and remedials
- you'll receive and make telephone calls from/to customers, discuss and understand their needs and drivers, book a home and showroom visit appointment. Pro-actively chase sales leads made through our website
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
