Requirements
- science, Technology, Engineering or Maths Degree or equivelent experiance is desirable but not essential
- 1 plus years experience writing embedded C code in an industrial/commercial environment
- skills working with/understand electronics
- excellent communications skills and ability to present information clearly and to a diverse audience
- ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads
- ability to work independently and also within a multidisciplinary engineering team
- thrives on tricky technical challenges
- ability to work remotely and at our offices
Responsibility
- writing high quality code
- understanding electronic schematics
- full exposure to all spacecraft sub-systems
- involvement in integration and test of spacecraft systems
- interfacing directly with all engineering discipline
- working on and with Continuous Integration systems
- designing and building spacecraft embedded software from the ground up
- full lifecycle exposure: req capture, design, code, unit test, integration test
