Responsibility
- collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps
- design and develop comprehensive training programs; create engaging and interactive training materials
- monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and make necessary improvements to training programs
- management and administration of Learning Management System
- collaborate with department heads to deliver on demand training resources via LMS
- support the company’s learning culture and promote self-directed learning opportunities and knowledge sharing opportunities
- coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, equipment, and materials
- work with People Operations Manager to update employee training records
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training and Development or CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management
- proven experience as an HR Training Specialist or similar role
- proficient in designing and delivering training programs using various modalities
- familiarity with learning management systems
- excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- strong organisational and project management abilities
- analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure training effectiveness
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
