Responsibility
as sous chef you will be tasked with
\* Running the kitchen in the Head chefs absence. Must be a strong team player and display leadership qualities
\* liaising with the Head chef to create seasonal menus and daily specials utilising the best local produce from our suppliers
\* Helping train and support members of staff
\* Making sure high hygiene standards are maintained and kept up to , relevant paperwork filled in
\* Managing food ordering and storage
an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and passionate Sous chef or CDP looking to make a step up to join our Kitchen team at Kirkstall Bridge inn. Must be used to working in a fast paced kitchen environment
