Responsibility
- B) Prepare and cook fresh food using fresh produce
- this is a term time poistion working either Saturday & Sunday or Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- D) Preparing large quantities of meals/food in accordance with all guidelines and legislations
- E) Ensure that the kitchen, dining halls, equipment and utensils are all properly cleaned and correctly stored away
- F) Responsible for the presentation of all food produced and served
- G) Work with the Catering Manager & Assistants to respond to the changing diet requirements of our Students
- A) As an enthusiastic and committed person you will be part of a team of people led by the Catering Manager. You will be responsible for preparing meals for serving to Staff & Students in our Boarding House
