- your job as head chef is to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking
Requirements
- at least 2 years’ experience as a Head chef
- experience in a volume led kitchen
- excellent pace and work ethic
- strong leadership and management skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow
- experience of managing a large kitchen brigade
- good management skills and financial understanding having the ability to forcast and write budgets
- strong focus on compliance requirments
- A passion for working with quality fresh produce
