- you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- kipferl is the only authentic Austrian Restaurant and Patisserie in London, serving all typical Austrian Food and Drinks in our popular location in Islington’s Camden Passage, seven days a week
- through our website www.kipferl.co.uk we have started to offer our Austrian Cakes, Austrian Wines and Delicatessen to customers all over the UK, and the e-commerce side of the business has been a huge success already in its first full year 2021
- we are now looking for an Assistant Manager to support our GM and our e-commerce team in all aspects of our business and support the development and growth of the brand
- together with the General Manager you will be responsible to deliver a high-quality menu and service to our restaurant customers, lead and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service, supervise the hot food and pastry production and support and coordinate the fast growing distribution channel through our web shop on kipferl.co.uk
- the pastry and online business have outgrown the current location and in a first step we are now looking for a second location where we will produce all our pastry and fulfil orders from our fast growing online business
- your responsibilities include running and managing the restaurant service on the floor, support the GM with operations and administration of the business, and work closely with our e-commerce team
