  • our client provides support to people with mental health problems equipping them with daily life skills to live independently in the community
  • as Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring the organisation’s continued compliance with relevant legislation
  • be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
  • implement quality management and improvement systems. Effectively manage complaints and incidents. Carry out investigations relating to the quality of the service and use findings to make improvements

Requirements

  • understand the principles of high-quality person-centred care and support and non-discriminatory care practice
  • possess a good all-round understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to domiciliary care services
  • a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care: 1 year
  • you must have S/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification
  • understanding of systems to maintain confidentiality in relation to customers, staff, and the business
  • possess good IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft packages and tenancy systems
  • driving licence with own vehicle . Mileage will be paid
