Responsibility
- ▪ Creation of drawings and technical specifications in both CAD and PDF format
- ▪ Manage version controlled drawings for Planning, Building Warrant and Construction Phases
- ▪ Assist in the recruitment and retention of professional staff where required by directors
- ▪ Provide advice, input and suggested amendments on designs & drawings provided by consultant engineers and external architects
- ▪ Working with directors to ensure that current design strategy is in line with company objectives
- ▪ Attend pre-start meetings
- ▪ Liaising with Project Director to ensure that projects are running to schedule and within the objectives and goals agreed on

Requirements
- ▪ Construction Planning Software experience
- ▪ Recognised professional qualification in Architecture
- ▪ Strong track record in design and delivery of domestic housing projects
- ▪ IT literate with a confident grasp of MS Office applications
- ▪ Competent in the use of Autocad / Revit and other industry related software
- ▪ A strong understanding of current planning and building regulations
- ▪ A full driving license
- ▪ Must be eligible to work in the UK
