Responsibility
- to support individuals to undertake a wide range of activities at our base in London and in the local community
- to undertake First Aid training and may be responsible for dealing with any accident or emergency situation
- to work in line with our person centred philosophy and social care commitment and engage in training and activities provided to support this
- to be responsible for keeping the environment in a safe, clean and tidy condition
- to support participants to attend morning group sessions, as directed by the Managing Facilitator
- in Chainreaction these are activities which promote independent living skills, health and wellbeing, assertiveness, self-advocacy, education, training, work experience and personal development
- under the guidance of the Managing Facilitator, to support individuals to develop their individual programmes of activities, which will contain both short and long term goals and that will reflect the outcomes of the service above
- to be responsible for liaising and working with other team members and for reporting to the Day Manager/Managing Facilitator
