  • manage the lost property and maintain a log
  • check all incidents are logged and incident reports are completed in a timely manner
  • report any technical and system faults in a timely manner
  • ensuring Contractors are working on site with correct permits and following site protocol
  • ensure spot checks are carried out for the team to ensure there are no gaps in the operations and dealing with any issues head on
  • ensure Site fire Evacuation processes are completed in a timely manner
  • manage the training for all team members and ensure these are all up to date
  • overseeing the security team and ensuring all staff are meeting their roles and responsibilities

  • to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by management
  • dispose of collected wet waste in accordance with local instructions with the compactor/container bins provided
  • to hand into the Security Control and log all lost property
  • to ensure corridors, entrances and exits are always free of obstructions
  • to attend any training sessions as required
  • vacuum the shopping centre carpets
