- working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- representing the company in a professional manner

- completion of Pre-tenancy; registering deposit, introduction to landlord and tenant, welcome letters, inc change of utilities
- upselling & renewing products i.e. Rent Guarantee, Insurance etc
- arrange renewal of Rent Guarantee Insurance
Requirements
- you must have proven property management skills, excellent communication skills and a professional and courteous manner
- up to £25,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
- you must have high levels of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- £28,000 On Target Earnings including Commission
- you will possess good organisational skills and the ability to use own initiative is also essential
- good timekeeping and the ability to manage working time efficiently at all times
